Adding Bokeh
My buddies at Color-shop sent me several Bokeh images to use as backgrounds. Normally I would use this effect on a fade artistic street scene. I wanted to see what I could do with a futuristic image we took during our workshop in the Bahamas. I converted the Bokeh to a smart object, darken the effect then applies a layer blend mode at 100%. Using a mask, I “painted” in the effect. I finished the effect using the Tiffen Dfx filter.

Look at the before and after. The two lights in the background where on the ship. I added the other lights using a Bokeh photo
