Vacation with Vanelli. Wow, what a blast. Not only did I learn a lot, but I got to met some wonderful people. This was such a great opportunity. I learned more about my camera, lightroom and the technical aspects of photography, and a whole new way of looking at the world.
Imagine being able to put your tripod in the same holes as the great photographers Robert Vanelli and Sandy Foster. That’s what we got to do. They made such a great team. From Mr. V you get the whole picture. From Sandy you get the fine details.
I could never imagine myself getting up at four a.m. to climb over high sand dunes to take a picture of a sunrise, and then stay out late for night shots. Somehow Mr. V’s energy seemed to rub off on me. The class schedule was nice and relaxed. We were never pressed to do it all. There was time to spend with family and friends. Be forewarned: Mr. V will be up to his practical jokes. He will keep you laughing the entire time.
Next time you’re in NC, you need to swing by my house and give me a hug!
